Welcome to Event Country. By using our services, you agree to these legally binding terms. If you do not agree, do not use our app.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use the app. By signing up, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity under your account
- Not sharing or reselling tickets fraudulently
Event organizers must:
- Provide truthful event details
- Honor all valid ticket purchases
- Comply with local laws and venue safety regulations
3. Booking & Payments
- All ticket purchases are processed via Stripe or PayPal.
- A non-refundable 15% service fee applies (payable to Event Country).
- Cancellations and refunds are subject to the organizer’s refund policy.
4. Payouts to Organizers
- Payouts are processed within [3–7 business days] of a completed event.
- Event Country may delay or cancel payouts due to fraud, disputes, or policy violations.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Upload malware or attempt to hack the system
- Use false identities or impersonate others
- Promote illegal or offensive content
- Circumvent QR code verification systems
Violating these may lead to suspension or permanent ban.
6. Intellectual Property
Event Country owns all trademarks, logos, and technology associated with the platform. You may not copy or reverse-engineer the app or website.
7. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee the success, safety, or satisfaction of any event. We are a facilitator, not the host. Attend events at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Event Country shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages
- Injury or loss resulting from attendance at events
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana or the user’s primary residence, as applicable.
